Room-count cost estimator
Enter the number of rooms or viewing points you need to feed. The estimator returns a planning range for the one-time system and the monthly cost — it is not a quote.
Enter between 5 and 5,000.

Ballpark planning ranges for a standard commercial build with reusable coax. They exclude taxes, public-view licensing surcharges, structured cabling replacement and any custom AV work. How commercial pricing and licensing work.
What moves the number
Four factors decide where a property lands inside the estimated range.
Room and outlet count
The single biggest driver. Receivers, taps and labor scale with how many viewing points you feed.
Existing cabling
Reusable coax risers keep costs at the low end. Rewiring floors or trunking between buildings pushes them up.
Package tier
Monthly programming depends on the tier — a basic lineup and a full sports and premium build differ sharply.
Licensing type
Private viewing in guest or resident rooms is priced differently from public-view areas like lobbies and bars.
Systems by property type
Every vertical has its own licensing, layout and support model.
Hotels and resorts
Bulk headend design, in-room distribution and phased cutover that keeps rooms sellable.
View systemsSenior living
Independent living, assisted living and memory care on one simple, resident-friendly lineup.
View systemsHospitals and healthcare
Patient-room entertainment, waiting areas and clinical spaces with licensed public-view coverage.

How accurate is the cost estimator?
It produces a planning range, not a quote. It assumes typical cabling and a standard commercial build, so your real number moves once we survey the risers, count outlets and pick a programming tier.
Is DIRECTV for business billed per room?
Commercial programming is generally billed per room or per outlet, on top of the one-time system cost. The full structure — including public-view licensing and contract terms — is explained on our commercial pricing page.
Do you install outside Florida?
Yes. Systems are engineered and staged at our Odessa, Florida base near Tampa and installed nationwide.
Can we lease or rent the system instead of buying it?
Often, yes. Depending on property type and term, the equipment can be structured as a rental or bundled into the monthly, which changes the upfront number in the estimator.
