You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system, scrape or harvest data by automated means without our written permission, or use the Site to transmit unlawful, infringing or harmful content.

Some areas of the Site require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account, and you agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

Information on the Site, including pricing examples and estimator results, is provided for general planning purposes and is not an offer or binding quote. Pricing, equipment, channel lineups and availability depend on site survey results, programming provider terms and current rates, and may change. Services we provide are governed by the written proposal, service order or agreement signed by you and Sat Star Communications, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms or Site content.

Fees, billing cycles and payment terms are set out in your signed agreement or invoice. Payments made through our billing portal are processed by a third-party provider subject to that provider's terms. Late or unpaid amounts may result in suspension of service as described in your agreement.

DIRECTV and other programming providers, equipment manufacturers and platforms referenced on the Site are independent third parties, and their names and logos are the property of their respective owners. Sat Star Communications is an authorized dealer; use of a third-party mark does not imply that party endorses or is responsible for the Site.

The Site and its content — text, graphics, layout, logos and software — are owned by Sat Star Communications or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission, other than ordinary browsing and printing for your internal business use.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Links are provided for convenience only.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. This disclaimer applies to the Site and does not limit any warranty expressly stated in a signed services agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sat Star Communications will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sat Star Communications and its officers, employees and agents from claims, losses and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and you agree that the state and federal courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The effective date above shows when they were last updated, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
